Compression Therapy

What is Compression?

Being able to recover quickly is the aim for most if not all athletes. But the same holds true for those not in competitive sports as well. Compression boot therapy by Hyperice, an American health technology company founded in 2010, the Normatec Compression Boots are a great way to help aid your recovery process, whether it’s joint pain, swelling in the feet, muscle aches and/or lactic acid build up.

The Compression Experience.

The entire experience in the Compression sleeves is 30-60 minutes. When you’re ready, a trained expert will escort you to our dedicated area where you can take a seat and relax. They will help fit you with the Compression sleeves for your desired area—legs, arms or hips.

Once you’re set up with the Compression sleeves, you can listen to music, work on your laptop or read a book, depending on the area receiving treatment. During your session, the booties and sleeves will slowly fill with pressurized air and then expel the air continuously until your session is over.

After your session, a trained expert will help you remove the sleeves. The muscles in your arms and legs should feel more relaxed, and you may even notice a reduction in stiffness and pain.
