We’ll schedule a 90-minute session on Zoom where we’ll chat about your fertility journey/hormone imbalances so far, and you’ll tell me what you need support with.
Then I’ll give you lifestyle practices, diet tips, and mindset rituals to help you shift whatever feels stuck and determine what next steps you should take.
We’ll talk it through and I’ll give you detailed “what’s next” steps that you can work into your life.

My goal is always to help you find ANSWERS ( I know what its like to have no idea why you can’t regulate your cycle) and to obviously, to get RESULTS
My job is to help you uncover the steps you need to take to get there & to support you every step of the way. AS A COACH, I use coaching techniques to overcome blocks, to provide support, to identify your strengths and the tools available to you, to help you have motivation from within. I use my extensive, expert knowledge about hormones.
Having me as your hormone coach will give you answers, direction, support, insight, clarity and a plan that will give you CONFIDENCE + HOPE. You will know that you are on the RIGHT TRACK and doing EVERYTHING you can and you will see results. (as long as you put in the work)
More than anything, you will have me in your corner - someone who has been there before, who genuinely cares will listen to every detail of your situation and figure it all out with you. Getting you the answers and healing support you need in the shortest time possible. Having said that, we can’t rush healing. Believe me… we’ve all tried + it doesn’t end well. The body just doesn’t work that way.
